The site offers free editorial content, paid digital products (e-books, recorded sessions, and book bundles), and bookings for workshops and events.

02Accounts

Some services require an account with a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

03Digital purchases

Digital products are delivered to your in-site library immediately after payment and are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not resell, copy, distribute, or share access to the content outside your account.

04Bookings & workshops

Workshop and event seats are limited and subject to availability. Dates or venues may change for organizational reasons; we will notify you by email of any material change.

05Intellectual property

All content published on the site (texts, books, recordings, images, and designs) is owned by or licensed to Dr. Khaled Ghattass and protected by intellectual-property laws.

06Refunds

Given the instant delivery of digital products, refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact us at Team@drkhaledghattass.com within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.

07Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page; continuing to use the site afterwards constitutes acceptance.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic, and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
