What's included
This Is Not What I Wrote
A collection of short philosophical stories, told in a singularly simple way, that examine the social and personal dilemmas of the modern person from new angles. The writer offers no solutions to any of them; instead, directly and indirectly, he opens doors of thought for the reader, to stand at the true causes of these dilemmas and become able to face them.
Hypocrisy Was Once Beautiful
The author's first book: a collection of short philosophical novellas that may not seem connected at first, yet at their core they undoubtedly meet in us, in what makes us human. The stories examine the social and personal dilemmas facing the modern person, but the writer offers no solutions to any of them; instead, directly and indirectly, he opens doors of thought for the reader to contemplate what today's world has come to: a loss of identity, an excess of rationality, an exaggerated openness, an addiction to technology, and all that touches the essence of the human being and his deepest capacities: love, hope, creativity, imagination and faith.
The Story Before the End
A bold journey of feeling and reason that the reader lives alongside Yasser, the story's hero, across fifteen chapters. Writer and reader move together through the deepest human experiences: gripping events, strange images, and imagined dialogues on life and death, love and resentment, the authority of parents over children, contentment and adaptation, the fear of loss, and more. A story that has helped thousands to heal and move on, not through forgetting or embellishment, but through understanding, honesty and faith.
